Abstract
Anxiety engulfed Zombo district after 115 children were 'forcibly' circumcised by a non-governmental organisation operating in the district. The Infectious Disease Institute (IDI) is alleged to have performed safe male circumcision on pupils of Myugu and Oturugang Boys primary schools.
