Abstract
A mood of lamentation engulfed Parliament yesterday as legislators eulogised the Iganga Woman Mp. Hailat Kaudha Magumba, who passed away last Friday. Kaudha succumbed to pre-eclampsia, a type of high blood pressure that normally afflicts pregnant women.
