Abstract
Last year, Prime Minister Dr Ruhakana Rugunda advised accounting professionals to adhere to high levels of transparency in financial reporting. He said this would attract both local and foreign investors.
Rugunda described financial reporting as essential in attracting investment in the key production sectors of the country, to stimulate development and structural growth of the economy.
